  • Kassie Sandacz | CEO

    Is the Founder and CEO of Voices of Vets, Inc., a national nonprofit bringing live, era-specific music to veterans across the country to spark memory, joy, and connection. She also serves as a Learning and Development executive, blending creativity and analytics to strengthen programs and partnerships nationwide.

  • Joseph Lloyd, Vice Chairman

    Is a Vietnam veteran, who served two deployments from 1966-1968. He received his degree as a Certified Financial Planner, set up a State Farm Agency, and later became President of a broker/dealer firm with over 250 nationwide representatives.

  • COL Bert L. Rice, USA (Ret)

    After graduating from Montana State University in 1959, COL. Bert Rice served in the US Army on active duty for 30 years; retiring as a Colonel. He served tours in Vietnam, Iran, and in the Pentagon.

  • COL Kenneth McCreedy, USA (Ret)

    Is a former commander of Ft. Meade, Maryland. After retiring from the Army in 2008, he became a member of the Board of Directors of the Fort Meade Alliance, leads the Military and Family Affairs Committee, and is Commander of the Meade Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars.

  • Prashant Dubey, Esq

    Grew up in Richmond, VA, where he later attended the University of Richmond. He has been a practicing attorney since May 2019, and also works for Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Account Manager.

  • Pete Smith

    After serving in the US Marine Corp for 24 years, Pete became an Intelligence Officer in the Reserves, was the Military & Veterans Liaison, and both County Councilman and Vice-Chairman for Anne Arundel County. Pete is also a a member of the Military Order of World Wars and a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers.

  • J. Adger Stokes

    After 4 years of military service and becoming a Captain in Military Intelligence, J. Adger Stokes worked in sales and management positions with DuPont and Agfa corporations. In the inactive reserves, he was then promoted to Major.

  • LeAnn McCreedy

    Is a retired military spouse who has a great heart for veterans and their family members. She is a long-serving board member of the Retired Officers Wives Club of Ft. Meade. She brings energy and a heart for service to the Voices of Vets Board.

  • CW3 Eddy Vleugels, USA (Ret)

    A U.S. Army veteran with 23 years of service, including assignments in Europe and at NATO’s SHAPE headquarters, he now works as a defense contractor based in Annapolis. He has supported Voices of Vets since 2020 and is honored to serve on the Board of Directors.

  • Maj James H (Jim) Shiffrin, USAF (Ret)

    Is a retired senior software engineer with over 42 years experience. He has been President of the Fort Meade Chapter of the Military Officers' Association of America, and is the Treasurer of the Chapter and Webmaster for the Maryland Council of Chapters.

  • Jean Brumbley

    Jean has been a civilian with the Department of Defense for close to 30 years, to include an overseas assignment. She has a deep appreciation for those that have served in our armed forces. She is excited to be part of an organization dedicated to bringing enhancing the lives of our veterans.

  • Dr. Joseph Leonelli

    Senior Vice President and General Manager of ATCC Federal Solutions. He was Engility’s National Intelligence Group of the National Security Business Area vice president and held leadership positions within Dynamics Research Corporation, Raytheon, Applied Signal Technology, Inc., General Dynamics, Battelle, and SRI International. He retired from the Army Reserves at the rank of Colonel.

  • Mike Finkel

    Is the CEO of Sparksoft Corporation, he combines innovation in technology with a deep commitment to giving back. Mike has championed causes supporting veterans’ mental health, IBD research, and children’s healthcare through organizations like The Headstrong Project, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He continues to drive community impact while enjoying time outdoors with his family.

  • Matthew Barrett Sibert, Esq.

    Is a Las Vegas-based attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and regulatory law. As an Associate Attorney at Wooldridge Law Ltd., he focuses on high-profile criminal defense cases and complex civil matters. Previously, he practiced at Moran Brandon Bendavid Moran, representing clients in business, gaming, and licensing matters before state and local boards. Mr. Sibert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of La Verne.
