    Is the CEO of Sparksoft Corporation, he combines innovation in technology with a deep commitment to giving back. Mike has championed causes supporting veterans’ mental health, IBD research, and children’s healthcare through organizations like The Headstrong Project, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He continues to drive community impact while enjoying time outdoors with his family.

  • Daniel Kane | Vice President

    Is the Managing Member of Kane Consulting LLC, advising organizations on federal strategy and contracting. He previously served as Director of Acquisition & Grants Management at CMS, overseeing more than $10B annually as Head of Contracting Activity. With 30+ years across CMS, NASA, and DoD, he brings deep federal procurement expertise. He holds an MBA and a Master’s in National Resource Strategy and serves on the NCMA Board of Advisors.

  • Michael Tekampe | Treasurer

    The Founder of Gambit Consulting, where he advises high-growth organizations on strategic operations, business development, and contracts management. With more than 25 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at GovCIO and CGI, he specializes in scaling complex organizations. Mike serves as Treasurer for the NCMA Woodlawn Board and holds a Finance degree from the College of William & Mary. He is a strong advocate for the military community, supporting veterans, mental health, and children’s healthcare initiatives.

  • Lee Ann Crochunis | Secretary

    A Director at Guidehouse in Health Sector Technology Consulting and a former Deputy Director of the Office of Information Technology at CMS, where she spent 24 years in public service. She brings deep experience across healthcare, technology, and leadership to the Voices of Vets board, with a strong personal connection to the mission through her family’s military service and lifelong passion for music.

  • COL Bert L. Rice, USA (Ret) | Board Member

    After graduating from Montana State University in 1959, COL. Bert Rice served in the US Army on active duty for 30 years; retiring as a Colonel. He served tours in Vietnam, Iran, and in the Pentagon.

  • Prashant Dubey, Esq | Board Member

    Grew up in Richmond, VA, where he later attended the University of Richmond. He has been a practicing attorney since May 2019, and also works for Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Account Manager.

  • Matthew Barrett Sibert, Esq. | Board Member

    Is a Las Vegas-based attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and regulatory law. As an Associate Attorney at Wooldridge Law Ltd., he focuses on high-profile criminal defense cases and complex civil matters. Previously, he practiced at Moran Brandon Bendavid Moran, representing clients in business, gaming, and licensing matters before state and local boards. Mr. Sibert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of La Verne.

    Is the Founder and CEO of Voices of Vets, Inc., a national nonprofit bringing live, era-specific music to veterans across the country to spark memory, joy, and connection. She also serves as a Learning and Development executive, blending creativity and analytics to strengthen programs and partnerships nationwide.

  • Annmarie Knight | Chief Finance Officer

    Annmarie serves as Chief Financial Officer for Voices of Vets. She brings over 18 years of finance experience, including 14 years in government contracting, supporting agencies such as USAID, UNICEF, DOL, DOE, and CMS. She is passionate about community impact and actively supports charitable initiatives focused on veterans, children, and animal welfare.

  • Karen Rinier | Chief People Officer

    Has been a trusted leader for over a decade at Voices of Vets. She leads people and culture strategy, supporting volunteers, musicians, and leadership to ensure strong alignment with the organization’s mission. Karen brings a hands-on, people-first approach to building scalable processes, strengthening engagement, and supporting the continued growth and impact of Voices of Vets.
